A-3 Notes definition

A-3 Notes means, collectively, Note A-3(A-CP), Note A-3(B-CP), Note A-3(C-CP), Note A-3(D-NCP), Note A-3(E-NCP) and Note A-3(F-NCP).
A-3 Notes means, collectively, the A-3a Notes and the A-3b Notes.
A-3 Notes a fixed rate equal to 5.670% per annum; Class II-A-4 Notes: a fixed rate equal to the lesser of (i) 6.370% per annum and (ii) the related Net WAC Rate;

  • The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and subject to the subordination provisions therein.

  • Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 1.87% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-3 Note means any of the 1.34% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-4 Note means any of the [____]% Asset Backed Notes, Class [A-4], issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the 4.67% Class A-2a Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $355,870,000.
