A-3 Note Rate definition

A-3 Note Rate means 0.69% per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
A-3 Note Rate means % per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
A-3 Note Rate means, for each Interest Period, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for that Interest Period plus 0.25% per annum, computed on the basis of the actual number of days in that Interest Period and a year of 360 days.

Examples of A-3 Note Rate in a sentence

  • The Issuing Entity shall pay interest on overdue installments of interest at the A-3 Note Rate to the extent lawful.

  • The Issuing Entity will pay interest on this Note at the A-3 Note Rate, on each Payment Date until the principal of this Note is paid or made available for payment, on the principal amount of this Note outstanding on the preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made on the preceding Payment Date), subject to certain limitations contained in Section 3.1 of the Indenture.

  • The Company will pay interest on this Class A-3 Note at the Class A-3 Note Rate.

Interest shall accrue on the portion of the Series 2004-2 Shortfall allocable to the Class A-1 Notes at the Class A-1 Note Rate, on the portion of the Series 2004-2 Shortfall allocable to the Class A-2 Notes at the Class A-2 Note Rate and on the portion of the Series 2004-2 Shortfall allocable to the Class A-3 Notes at the Class A-3 Note Rate.

  • The aggregate amount, if any, of such deficiency on any Distribution Date shall be referred to as the “Series 2004-2 Shortfall.” Interest shall accrue on the portion of the Series 2004-2 Shortfall allocable to the Class A-1 Notes at the Class A-1 Note Rate, on the portion of the Series 2004-2 Shortfall allocable to the Class A-2 Notes at the Class A-2 Note Rate and on the portion of the Series 2004-2 Shortfall allocable to the Class A-3 Notes at the Class A-3 Note Rate.

  • So long as the Class A-3 Notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the rules of that stock exchange so require, notices to Class A-3 Noteholders will be published in a leading newspaper having general circulation in Luxembourg (which is expected to be the Luxemburger Wort), it being understood that the term “notices” as it is used in this clause shall not include communications of the Class A-3 Note Rate.
