A-2a Note definition

A-2a Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s 0.84% Class A-2a Asset Backed Notes.
A-2a Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s 1.22% Class A-2a Asset Backed Notes.
A-2a Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s % Class A-2[a] Asset Backed Notes.

Examples of A-2a Note in a sentence

  • The Issuing Entity shall pay interest on overdue installments of interest at the A-2a Note Rate to the extent lawful.

  • The Issuing Entity will pay interest on this Note at the A-2a Note Rate, on each Payment Date until the principal of this Note is paid or made available for payment, on the principal amount of this Note outstanding on the preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made on the preceding Payment Date), subject to certain limitations contained in Section 3.1 of the Indenture.

  • In addition, each Noteholder or holder of an interest in an A-2a Note, by acceptance of such A-2a Note or such interest therein, agrees that the Indenture Trustee has the right to withhold any amounts of interest (properly withholdable under law and without any corresponding gross-up) payable to a Noteholder or holder of an interest in an A-2a Note that fails to comply with the requirements of the preceding sentence.

  • Each Noteholder or holder of an interest in an A-2a Note, by acceptance of such A-2a Note or such interest therein, agrees to provide to the Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent or the Issuing Entity, as applicable, the Noteholder Tax Identification Information and, to the extent FATCA Withholding Tax is applicable, the Noteholder FATCA Information.
