A-2a Note definition

A-2a Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s 1.59% Class A-2a Asset Backed Notes.
A-2a Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s 1.22% Class A-2a Asset Backed Notes.

Examples of A-2a Note in a sentence

  • No reference herein to the Indenture, and no provision of this Note or of the Indenture, shall alter or impair the obligation of the Issuer, which is absolute and unconditional, to pay the principal of and interest on this Class A-2a Note at the times, place and rate, and in the coin or currency, herein prescribed.

  • Such checks shall be mailed to the Person entitled thereto at the address of such Person as it appears on the Note Register as of such Record Date without requiring that this Class A-2a Note be submitted for notation of payment.
