A-2 Note Rate definition

A-2 Note Rate means 0.44% per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.

  • The Issuing Entity shall pay interest on overdue installments of interest at the A-2 Note Rate to the extent lawful.

A-2 Note Rate means, for each Interest Period, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for that Interest Period plus 0.85% per annum, computed on the basis of the actual number of days in that Interest Period and a year of 360 days.
A-2 Note Rate means, for each Interest Period, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for that Interest Period plus 1.20% per annum, computed on the basis of the actual number of days in that Interest Period and a year of 360 days.
