A-1 Certificate definition

A-1 Certificate. Any one of the Class 2-A-1 Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form hereto as Exhibit A, each such Certificate representing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
A-1 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class III-A-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class III-A-1 Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the Basis Risk Shortfall Carry Forward Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.
A-1 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class 2-A-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.

More Definitions of A-1 Certificate

A-1 Certificate means any one of the Class HE: A-1 Certificates executed and delivered by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit D-1 and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Master REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
A-1 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class 3-A-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-3 hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
A-1 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class V-A-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class V-A-1 Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC IV.
