A-1 Assets definition

A-1 Assets means the assets in which a security interest is granted by Parent pursuant to the A-1 Security Documents.

  • A-1 (or its nominee) shall be entitled to enter into and upon, hold and enjoy the A-1 Assets for its own use and benefit without any interference of or by the Debtor, or any person claiming by or through or against the Debtor.
