90-Day LIBOR Rate definition

90-Day LIBOR Rate means, as of any date on which such 90-Day LIBOR Rate is to be determined, the rate for 90-day deposits of United States Dollars that appears as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on the display of the Dow Jones Telerate Service (or any successor service), for the purpose xx xxdicating the London interbank rates of major banks for United States Dollars. If more than one such rate appears on such service, the 90-Day LIBOR Rate shall be the arithmetic mean of such rates.
90-Day LIBOR Rate means, as of any interest payment date on which such 90-Day LIBOR Rate is to be determined, the rate for 90-day deposits of United States Dollars that appears as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on the display of the Dow Jones Telerate Service (or any successor service), for the purpose of indicating the London interbank rates of major banks for United States Dollars. If more than one such rate appears on such service, the 90-Day LIBOR Rate shall be the arithmetic mean of such rates.
90-Day LIBOR Rate means, as applicable to each respective 90-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period, a per annum rate of interest equal to the quotient obtained (stated as an annual percentage rate rounded upward to the next higher 100th of 1%) by dividing (A) the London Interbank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”) for a period of three (3) months as determined by Bank from Telerate (or such other source as Bank may select if such a rate index is not available from Telerate), by (B) 1.00 minus any Reserve Requirement for the 90-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period (expressed as a decimal).

Examples of 90-Day LIBOR Rate in a sentence

  • As used herein: (a) "LIBOR Rate Interest Period" means any applicable 90-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period or 180-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period.

  • During the entire term of the Treasury Stock Notes, except during any applicable 60-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period or 90-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period, the outstanding principal balance of the Treasury Stock Notes shall bear interest at the applicable 30-Day Adjusted LIBOR Rate for each applicable 30-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period.

  • If any such LIBOR Rate Election Notice electing a 90-Day LIBOR Rate or a 180-Day LIBOR Rate is timely received and properly made, then interest shall accrue at the applicable 90-Day LIBOR Rate during the applicable 90-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period or at the applicable 180-Day LIBOR Rate during the applicable 180-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period, as the 2 case may be.

  • A Borrowers’ Representative may from time to time deliver to Agent (i) a 60-Day LIBOR Rate Notice, in which case the outstanding principal balance of the Term Notes shall bear interest at the applicable 60-Day Adjusted LIBOR Rate during the applicable 60-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period, or (ii) a 90-Day LIBOR Rate Notice, in which case the outstanding principal balance of the Term Notes shall bear interest at the applicable 90-Day Adjusted LIBOR Rate during the applicable 90-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period.

  • A Borrower’s Representative may from time to time deliver to Agent (i) a 60-Day LIBOR Rate Notice, in which case the outstanding principal balance of the Term Notes shall bear interest at the applicable 60-Day Adjusted LIBOR Rate during the applicable 60-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period, or (ii) a 90-Day LIBOR Rate Notice, in which case the outstanding principal balance of the Term Notes shall bear interest at the applicable 90-Day Adjusted LIBOR Rate during the applicable 90-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period.

More Definitions of 90-Day LIBOR Rate

90-Day LIBOR Rate means, as applicable to each respective 90-Day LIBOR Rate Interest Period, a per annum rate of interest equal to LIBOR for a period of three (3) months as determined by Bank from Reuters (or such other source as Bank may select if such a rate index is not available from Reuters).
90-Day LIBOR Rate means a fixed rate of interest equal to the LIBOR Rate for a ninety (90) day Interest Period.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation for a Loan or other Obligation bearing interest at the Alternate Base Rate, a rate per annum equal to the quotient (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest 1/16th of one percent (0.0625%)) of (i) the rate per annum referred to as the BBA (British Bankers Association) LIBOR RATE as reported on Reuters LIBOR page 1, or if not reported by Reuters, as reported by any service selected by Administrative Agent on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable), for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank eurodollar currency market for a term of one month commencing on such date of determination, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement in effect on such day. If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning assigned thereto in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • Initial LIBOR Rate Not applicable.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • CDOR Rate means, the rate per annum, equal to the average of the annual yield rates applicable to Canadian Dollar banker’s acceptances at or about 10:00a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) on the first day of such Interest Period (or if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day) as reported on the “CDOR Page” (or any display substituted therefor) of Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page or commercially available source displaying Canadian interbank bid rates for Canadian Dollar bankers’ acceptances as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) for a term equivalent to such Interest Period (or if such Interest Period is not equal to a number of months, for a term equivalent to the number of months closest to such Interest Period).

  • One-Month LIBOR With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA1, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA2, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA3, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA4, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM1, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM2, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM3, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM4, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM5, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM6, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM7, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM8, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM9, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM10 and REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM11 and any Accrual Period therefor, the rate determined by the Trust Administrator on the related Interest Determination Date on the basis of the offered rate for one-month U.S. dollar deposits, as such rate appears on Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such Interest Determination Date; provided that if such rate does not appear on Telerate Page 3750, the rate for such date will be determined on the basis of the offered rates of the Reference Banks for one-month U.S. dollar deposits, as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such Interest Determination Date. In such event, the Trust Administrator will request the principal London office of each of the Reference Banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If on such Interest Determination Date, two or more Reference Banks provide such offered quotations, One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period shall be the arithmetic mean of such offered quotations (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%). If on such Interest Determination Date, fewer than two Reference Banks provide such offered quotations, One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period shall be the higher of (i) One-Month LIBOR as determined on the previous Interest Determination Date and (ii) the Reserve Interest Rate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if, under the priorities described above, One-Month LIBOR for an Interest Determination Date would be based on One-Month LIBOR for the previous Interest Determination Date for the third consecutive Interest Determination Date, the Trust Administrator shall select, after consultation with the NIMS Insurer, an alternative comparable index (over which the Trust Administrator has no control), used for determining one-month Eurodollar lending rates that is calculated and published (or otherwise made available) by an independent party.

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate means, for any day, a per annum interest rate which is equal to the quotient of the following:

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the LIBO Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if the LIBO Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an “Impacted Interest Period”) then the LIBO Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate.

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one-sixteenth of one percent) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for delivery on the first day of and for a period equal to such Interest Period in an amount equal or comparable to the principal amount of the Eurodollar Loan scheduled to be made by each Lender as part of such Borrowing, which appears on the Applicable Telerate Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day two (2) Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • 3-Month LIBOR means the London interbank offered interest rate for three-month, U.S. dollar deposits determined by the Trustee in the following order of priority:

  • LIBO Base Rate means with respect to each day an Advance is outstanding (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the rate per annum equal to the rate published by Bloomberg or if such rate is not available, the rate appearing at page 3750 of the Telerate Screen as one-month LIBOR on such date, and if such rate shall not be so quoted, the rate per annum at which the Lender is offered Dollar deposits at or about 11:00 A.M., eastern time, on such date by prime banks in the interbank eurodollar market where the eurodollar and foreign currency and exchange operations in respect of its Advances are then being conducted for delivery on such day for a period of one month and in an amount comparable to the amount of the Advances to be outstanding on such day.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Three-Month LIBOR means the rate (expressed as a percentage per annum) for deposits in United States dollars for a three-month period commencing on the first day of a Dividend Period that appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period. If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, Three-month LIBOR will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars for a three-month period commencing on the first day of that Dividend Period and in a principal amount of not less than $1 million are offered to prime banks in the London interbank market by four major banks in the London interbank market selected by the Calculation Agent (after consultation with the Company), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period. The Calculation Agent will request the principal London office of each of such banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two such quotations are provided, Three-month LIBOR with respect to that Dividend Period will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 0.00001%) of such quotations. If fewer than two quotations are provided, Three-month LIBOR with respect to that Dividend Period will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 0.00001%) of the rates quoted by three major banks in New York City selected by the Calculation Agent (after consultation with the Company), at approximately 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period for loans in United States dollars to leading European banks for a three-month period commencing on the first day of that Dividend Period and in a principal amount of not less than $1 million. However, if fewer than three banks selected by the Calculation Agent to provide quotations are quoting as described above, Three-month LIBOR for that Dividend Period will be the same Three-month LIBOR as determined for the previous Dividend Period or, in the case of the Dividend Period beginning on April 30, 2018, 2.920%. The determination of Three-month LIBOR for each relevant Dividend Period by the Calculation Agent will (in the absence of manifest error) be final and binding.

  • Daily One Month LIBOR means, for any day, the rate of interest equal to LIBOR then in effect for delivery for a one (1) month period.

  • Eurodollar Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%): Eurodollar Base Rate
