8YY Traffic definition

8YY Traffic and “8YY Calls” mean interstate and intrastate calls intended to terminate to a telephone number for which there is no charge to the calling party by an interexchange carrier for making and completing the calls, and includes, but is not limited to, calling parties making calls from businesses, institutions or other entities that may obtain local dial tone from carriers other than US LEC.

  • The applicable rates, terms and conditions for: (a) FX Traffic are set forth in Section 6.5.2 above; (b), Optional EAS Traffic are set forth in Section 6.6 below; (c) 8YY Traffic are set forth in Section 6.9 below; (d) FGA Traffic are set forth in Section 6.5.2 above; (e) IntraLATA Toll Traffic are set forth in Section 6.12 below.

  • The Agreement's rates, terms and conditions for FX Traffic, Optional EAS Traffic, 8YY Traffic, Feature Group A Traffic, Feature Group D Traffic, IntraLATA Traffic and/or InterLATA Traffic, whichever is applicable, shall apply.

  • The Parties agree that US LEC may ▇▇▇▇ and Qwest will timely pay for the services provided by US LEC for intrastate Wireless-Originated 8YY Traffic subject to the conditions set forth in Paragraph 1(a) (i) and (ii) above.
