• Whenever, in this Agreement, a reference to any Party is made, such reference shall be deemed to include a reference to such Party’s permitted successors and permitted assigns; however, neither this Paragraph 7.G. nor any other portion of this Agreement shall be interpreted to constitute a consent to any assignment or other transfer of this Agreement or any part hereof other than pursuant to and in accordance with this Agreement’s other provisions.

• When a PI employee in WWG 2 is required to work on an observed holiday, and the employee works one hundred fifty-one (151) or more hours in that pay period, the employee shall receive holiday compensation in accordance with article 7(G).

• Disciplinary Actions and Appeals shall be governed by SP&P, TSHRS laws and TSHRS Disciplinary Action Policy 7G.

• Full-time grant status faculty members are covered only under Article 7.G. Trial status faculty members are not covered under this article.

• All Reserve Flight Attendants shall provide Crew Scheduling with contact information in accordance with Section 7.G.
