7-Eleven means Respondent Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups, and affiliates, in each case controlled by Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd., including, but not limited to, Respondent 7-Eleven, Inc. and SEI Fuel Services, Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each, and the respective joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by each.

7-Eleven means 7-Eleven, Inc., a Texas corporation, formerly known as The Southland Corporation.
