4Term B-5 Commitment definition
4Term B-5 Commitment means, with respect to a Term B-5 Lender, the agreement of such Term B-5 Lender to exchange the entire principal amount of its Term B-5 Loans (or such lesser amount allocated to it by the Administrative Agent) for an equal principal amount of Exchange 2016-1 Term B-5 Loans on the Amendment No. 54 (2016B-26 ) Effective Date.
