4Ps Program definition
4Ps Program means the Borrower's Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, a conditional cash transfer program, a portion of which will be funded under the Project to provide cash grants to Participating Beneficiaries, based on specified requirements relating to health and education, or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB;
