401(k) Plan Compensation definition

401(k) Plan Compensation means the Base Pay and Incentive Compensation taken into account for purposes of the Company non-elective contributions under the 401(k) Plan.
401(k) Plan Compensation means “Compensation” as defined under the 401(k) Plan.
401(k) Plan Compensation means an amount equal to the total salary inclusive of bonuses, inclusive of incentive pay and inclusive of elective deferrals by such Participant to the 401(k) Plan and to any non-qualified deferred compensation plan maintained by the Employers and inclusive of salary reductions elected by such Participant to a plan maintained by the Employers under Section 125 of the Code but exclusive of awards made under the Restricted Stock Plans and exclusive of distributions under the 401(k) Plan and this Plan; provided, however, that a Participant's 401(k) Plan Compensation shall be determined without regard to limits imposed by Code Section 401(a)(17) or any other applicable Code provision limiting compensation.
