401(k) Entry Date definition

401(k) Entry Date means the date the Employee meets the eligibility requirements provided in Section 3.1 for purposes of eligibility to make 401(k) Personal Contributions and receive Matching Contributions.

  • Prior to April 1, 1997, the 401(k) Entry Date was any January 1 or July 1 occurring on or following the date the Employee satisfied the eligibility requirements of Section 2.1 for the 401(k) feature of the Plan.
