3P Works definition
3P Works means all inventions, methods, processes, discoveries, designs, ideas, works, creations, developments, algorithms, drawings, compilations of information, analysis, experiments, data, reports, know‐ how, techniques, products, samples, tools, machines, software and all documentation therefore, flowcharts, specifications and source code listings, whether patentable or not, including without limitation any modifications or improvements thereto which are owned by a person other than Contractor.
