3P Solutions definition
3P Solutions means any third-party platform, marketplace, and omnichannel solution partner (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, OpenSea, TikTok, Walmart, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Libre, Wish, eBay, Amazon MCF, Snap, etc.). For clarity, Qualified Referrals may be using any eCommerce platform (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).

Partner shall ensure Company receives the sole and exclusive attribution for all purchases, sales, listings or other actions used as performance metrics ("Actions") taken via 3P Solutions by Qualified Referrals provided by Company to Partner.
