3M USD Libor definition

3M USD Libor means the rate for deposits in US Dollars for a period of 3 months maturity, which appears on the Reuters Page LIBOR01 at 11.00 a.m. London time or thereabouts on each relevant date.
3M USD Libor means, with respect to any relevant date, the 3 month inter-bank offered rate for deposits denominated in USD which appears on the Reuters page "LIBOR01" (or any successor thereto) as of 11:00 a.m. London time on such date, and if no such rate appears, the rate determined by the Index Sponsor to be the appropriate rate in its sole and absolute discretion.
3M USD Libor means the rat e for deposits in USD for a period of 3 months which appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00a.m., London time on such day; provided that i f such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page on such day at approximately such time, the rate for such day will be determined by the Determination A gent.

3M USD Libor means the rate for deposits in USD for a period of three months, expressed as a percentage, which appears on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 (the "Relevant Screen Page") as determined by the Calculation Agent at 11:00 a.m., London time (the "Relevant Time"), on the relevant Range Accrual Day. If such rate does not appear on the Relevant Screen Page at the Relevant Time on such Range Accrual Day, then the Calculation Agent will determine 3m USD LIBOR for such Range Accrual Day on the basis of the rates at which deposits in USD in a LIBOR Representative Amount are offered by the LIBOR Reference Banks to prime banks in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on such Range Accrual Day for a period of three months commencing on such Range Accrual Day. The Calculation Agent will request the principal London office of each of the LIBOR Reference Banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two quotations are provided, the rate for the relevant Range Accrual Day will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations. If only one quotation is provided as requested, the rate for such Range Accrual Day will be such rate quoted by such LIBOR Reference Bank.If 3m USD LIBOR for the relevant Range Accrual Day cannot be determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the preceding provisions, the 3m USD LIBOR for the such Range Accrual Day will be determined by the Calculation Agent using such sources as it deems appropriate, in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.
