3M Command wall adhesives are allowed on the walls. Nails cannot be used on the walls. $7 per hole will be charged to repair the wall along with any additional painting or repair charges occurred in the repair process. This would include repainting of walls.

Examples of 3M Command in a sentence

  • The only acceptable form of affixing items to walls is the use of white sticky tack or 3M Command Strips.

  • ONLY 3M Command Adhesive products are permitted to hang items on the walls and MUST remain on walls for proper removal by the Maintenance Staff.

  • The only exception to this rule is that RENTER may hang decorations and signs on the PREMISES if RENTER uses 3M Command brand products which limit damage to the PREMISES.

  • TENANT will be charged for any wall damage caused by the improper removal of the 3M Command Strips.
