3D Survey definition
3D Survey means Three dimensional seismic survey comprised of surveying and gathering seismic data by placing Receiver Stations and Source Points in a series of rectangles as described in the recitals hereof.

Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.
Land surveyor means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the several sciences and of the principles of land surveying, and of the planning and design of land developments acquired by practical experience and formal education, is qualified to engage in the practice of land surveying, and whose competence has been attested by the Board through licensure as a land surveyor.
Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).
Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.
