30/360 Day Count Fraction definition

30/360 Day Count Fraction means, with respect to each Coupon Payment, the number of days in the Coupon Period in respect of which such Coupon Payment is being made, determined on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months, divided by 360;
30/360 Day Count Fraction means the number of days in the Interest Period divided by 360, the number of days to be calculated on the basis of a year of 360 days with 12 30-day months.
