3-Month USD-LIBOR-BBA definition
3-Month USD-LIBOR-BBA means, in respect of any day, the rate for a USD deposit for a period of three months commencing on such day which appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or the successor or replacement to such page as determined by the Calculation Agent) at 11:00 a.m., London time, on the day that is two London Business Days preceding the first day of the relevant Interest Period.
3-Month USD-LIBOR-BBA means with respect to any Coupon Period, the rate for deposits in U.S Dollars for a period of 3 months which appears on Reuters Page LIBOR01 (“LIBOR Price Source”) as of 11:00 a.m. London time on the day that is two London Business Days preceding that Coupon Period. If on a relevant date, such rate does not appear on the LIBOR Price Source or if the LIBOR Price Source is not available to the Calculation Agent, the relevant rate for such date shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in a commercially reasonable manner.
3-Month USD-LIBOR-BBA means the rate for deposits in USD for a period of 3 months which appears on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 (or such other page that may replace that page on that service or a successor service) as of the Relevant Time on the Interest Determination Date;
