2Advertising definition
2Advertising means any written communication for the purpose of promoting a product or service. The Contractor's name and telephone number, and other information provided in the manner specified in this Agreement, is not Advertising.
1. 3Agreement means this Exclusive Franchise Agreement between the City and the Contractor.
1. 4Applicable Law means any local, state or federal statute, law, constitution, charter, ordinance, judgment, order, decree, permit, rule, regulation, directive, policy, standard or similar binding authority, or a judicial or administrative interpretation of any of the same, which is in effect or is enacted, adopted, promulgated, issued or enforced by a governmental body during the term of this Agreement, and relates in any manner to the performance of the City or Contractor under this Agreement.
