2.15 Certificate definition
2.15 Certificate as defined in Section 2.15.
2.15 Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.15. "Type" shall mean, as to any Loan, its nature as an Alternate Base Rate Loan or LIBOR Rate Loan, as the case may be. "Uncommitted Inventories" shall mean tobacco inventories for which the Borrower has not received a Confirmed Order. "Voting Stock" means, with respect to any Person, Capital Stock issued by such Person the holders of which are ordinarily, in the absence of contingencies, entitled to vote for the election of directors (or persons 19 -104- performing similar functions) of such Person, even though the right so to vote has been suspended by the happening of such a contingency.
