INTRODUCTION 1Term and duration This agreement begins on the date it is signed by the last of the parties to sign it, and continues until terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Without the Leasehold Mortgagee's prior written consent, the Lessor may not amend this Agreement provided, however, the foregoing restrictions will not apply to amendments for which express provision is made elsewhere in this Agreement, including, without limitation, those for which provision is made in Articles 1(Term and Premises), 3 (Rentals and Payments), 19 (Trust Agreement), and 22.07 (Severability).
