15-Day Notice definition

15-Day Notice is defined in Section 6.3 below.
15-Day Notice means the letter providing second notice of a penalty which must be sent by the operator to the registered owner(s) and any other persons who reasonably appear to have any interest in the vehicle.

Examples of 15-Day Notice in a sentence

  • Any New Surface Disturbance or seismic activities would reinstate the need for a 15-Day Notice to CEHMM.

  • CEHMM will deduct Habitat Conservation Fees from the Participant’s habitat conservation fund within 30 days of receiving the 15-Day Notice.

  • The termination shall become effective at the end of the 15-Day Notice Period, unless Lion cures such failure during the 15-Day Notice Period.

  • Inland’s failure to send such notice within the 15-Day Notice Period shall be deemed to be Inland’s determination not to make an Inland Additional Capital Commitment.

  • Landlord shall deliver to Tenant a written notice of the anticipated Substantial Completion Date at least fifteen (15) days prior to the actual Substantial Completion Date (the "15-Day Notice").

  • In no event shall the Commencement Date occur before the date contained in the 15-Day Notice.

  • If, in Landlord's reasonable judgment, it appears that the Landlord's Work will not be completed on or before the date specified in the 15-Day Notice, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant additional written notice(s) (the "Subsequent Notice(s)") of the anticipated Substantial Completion Date (the "Revised Date(s)").

  • Lease/Rental Agreement or an addendum to the lease agreement including a Notice of Rent Increase that was signed on or after January 1, 2020; or • Rent ledger, rent receipts from no earlier than March 1, 2020, or a Notice to Pay Rent or Quit that lists the current monthly rent and the amount owed; or • 3 or 15-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit; or • Any document that states current and/or past due monthly rent.

  • CEHMM will deduct Habitat Conservation Fees from the Participant’s account within 30 days of receiving the 15-Day Notice of a New Surface Disturbance.
