PURPOSE: The following procedure outlines basic 12-Hour Schedule involving Job Titles “Process Operator” and “Finished Product Operator’’ in the Refinery.

The provision as to hours of work, pay and procedures for the represented Operations Division employees supersede the Articles of Agreement, only as outlined in the 12-Hour Schedule.
