1199SEIU CBA means the Memorandum of Agreement, by and among Rite Aid of New York, Inc., Rite Aid of New Jersey, Inc., Eckerd Corporation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Drug Stores, Inc., Thrift Drug, Inc. and 1199SEIU, dated October 30, 2009 to April 18, 2015, extended by the Extension Agreement, by and between Rite Aid of New York, Inc. and 1199SEIU, dated May 5, 2015 and amended by the Memorandum of Agreement, by and between Rite Aid of New York, Inc. and 1199SEIU, dated September 11, 2016, and any additional extensions, amendments or other agreements modifying or relating thereto;
