10Name. The Project shall bear the name “Sanctorum” or such other name as be decided by the Promoter from time to time. The two buildings comprised in the Project shall be called as “Tower-1” and “Tower-2” and shall also bear such other name or names as be decided by the Promoter from time to time. The name of the Project cannot be changed unless permitted by the Promoter in writing and it shall not be necessary for the Promoter to grant any such permission.
