10.5 Month Employee definition
10.5 Month Employee means an Employee who occupies a permanent full- time or permanent part-time position and is paid annually for two hundred sixteen(16) days as follows; two hundred six (206) working days, and ten (10) holidays together with vacation pay in accordance with Article 11.
