100% Occupancy definition

100% Occupancy allocation means, after deducting the CAD, Billing Provider divides the charges being allocated by the total occupant usage factor of the authorized occupants at the Property. Billing Provider calculates Resident’s share by multiplying the result of this calculation by the occupancy factor based upon the total number of authorized occupants in the Premises.
