10 year Swap Rate definition
10 year Swap Rate means, in respect of any Reset Period, the mid-swap rate as displayed on Reuters screen “ISDAFIX2” (the “Reset Screen Page”) as at 11:00 a.m. (Central European time) on the relevant Reset Interest Determination Date.
10 year Swap Rate means, in respect of an Interest Determination Date, the mid-swap rate for USD swap transactions with a maturity of 10 years (the “10-year Swap Rate”), as calculated and published by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate), as displayed on the Relevant Screen Page at 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on that Interest Determination Date. Subject to paragraph (b) below, in the event that the 10-year Swap Rate does not appear on the Relevant Screen
10 year Swap Rate means the mid-swap rate for a term of 10 years as displayed on Reuters screen “ISDAFIX2” as at 11:00 a.m. (Central European time) (the “Screen Page”). In the event that the 10-year Swap Rate does not appear on the Screen Page on the relevant Interest Rate Determination Date, the 10-year Swap Rate will be the Reference Bank Rate on such Interest Rate Determination Date.

10 year Swap Rate means the mid-swap rate for USD swap transactions with a tenor of 10 years, as calculated and published by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate), expressed as an annual rate for the purpose of determining the Reference Rate;
