Salvatory Clause. If a determination of these T&Cs is invalid, unenforceable or has a gap, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining determinations. In place of the invalid determination or to fill in the gap, a regulation shall be deemed as being agreed upon which most closely approximates the economic intent of these terms and conditions.
