  • Data protection 16.1. PRAETTIGAU and the VENDOR are subject to Swiss data protection legislation. 16.2. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the VENDOR transmit the data (incl. credit card information) that is necessary for billing and collection to GRF. GRF uses this data only for payment processing and for collection. 16.3. PRAETTIGAU may collect store, and process data to the extent that this is necessary or appropriate in order to meet its contractual obligations to maintain and improve customer relations, quality and service criteria, to maximise operational safety, and in the interest of sales promotion, product design, crime prevention, economic key data and statistics, as well as invoicing. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that PRAETTIGAU may pass on customer data to the VENDOR so that he can fulfill his obligations. 16.4. It is possible that PRAETTIGAU and / or the VENDOR may be required to transmit the data to the authorities, or to make it accessible to them. 16.5. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the VENDOR alike reserve the right to hand over the data to third parties to enforce legitimate interests or to the authorities on suspicion of a crime. 16.6. Furthermore, the privacy policies of PRAETTIGAU or those of the VENDOR, are in force. 16.7.   • Kaution a. Eine Kaution in Höhe der Vereinbarung im Mietvertrag muss bei Fahrzeugübernahme direkt an den Vermieter geleistet werden. b. Bei ordnungsgemäßer und vertragsgemäßer Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs sowie nach erfolgter Mietvertragsendabrechnung wird die Kaution zurückerstattet. Alle anfallenden Zusatzaufwendungen und Kosten (z.B. Reinigungskosten, Toilettenreinigung, Betankungskosten, Schäden …) werden bei Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs mit der Kaution verrechnet, sofern diese durch den Mieter zu tragen sind. Infolge eines Schadensereignisses anfallende Reparaturkosten kann der Vermieter auf Basis eines Kostenvoranschlages abrechnen. Bis zur abschließenden Klärung der Höhe der Kosten und der Kostentragungslast hat der Vermieter das Recht die Kaution zurückzubehalten.

  • Confidentiality The contracting parties undertake to treat all confidential information, knowledge and trade secrets of the other contracting party, obtained in the course of the execution of the contract, as strictly confidential for an unlimited period of time, in particular even after the termination of the contract. Confidential information is in particular any technical and non-technical information, documentation, data, business information, inventions, business secrets, business relationships and know-how, as well as any other information that is marked as confidential or recognizable as such.

  • Asbest Ausgeschlossen sind Ansprüche wegen Schäden, die auf Asbest, asbesthaltige Substanzen oder Erzeugnisse zurückzuführen sind.

  • Implosion Implosion ist ein plötzlicher, unvorhersehbarer Zusammenfall eines Hohlkörpers durch äußeren Überdruck infolge eines inneren Unterdrucks.
