Packaging. 8.1 The Seller shall comply with the requirements of the latest applicable packaging ordinance and with any requirements specified from time to time by VICTREX, and all Goods sup- plied shall carry such labels as specified by VICTREX. Packag- es containing Goods supplied against our drawings, part numbers or catalogues must be marked with the appropriate reference or as otherwise directed by VICTREX. 8.2 The Seller shall take back used, empty packaging free of charge. If this is not possible, the Seller shall pay the corre- sponding, reasonable disposal costs incurred by VICTREX.
