Expiration Period Musterklauseln
Expiration Period. Claims due to physical defects or copyright infringement expire one year after delivery of the software. This does not apply in case of item 5.11.
Expiration Period. Claims under clauses 6, 8, and 9 expire after 2 years from knowledge, at the latest, however, 3 years after surrender.
