Definitive compensation. The customer pays the final remuneration in accordance with the final invoice. The above provision regarding consequences of default applies mutatis mutandis. If a flat-rate cost is applied, there is no cost overrun if the (if necessary adjusted) flat-rate cost is not exceeded on balance of all remuneration items. Additional expenses for one compensation item can be compensated for with reduced expenses for another compensation item.
