Adding Users in Chats. You can add additional Users in existing chats. As the User you have the option to publish the chat history so that newly added Users can view the previous chat history. If needed, a time range can be defined for which the chat history can be viewed. Carefully review the Content of the chat history before publishing it. Chat histories must not be published unless there is a business need for the newly added User to view the Content.
