Customer shall pay any fees due in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the Order Form.
Neither this Agreement nor any Order Form shall be dependent on Customer issuing a purchase order.
The Order Form and the schedules and exhibits attached hereto are an integral part of this Agreement to the same extent as if they were set forth verbatim herein.
Unpaid fees may be subject to a late fee as set forth in an Order Form on any outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, Qlik Product subscriptions shall begin upon the Delivery Date and automatically renew for successive annual terms unless either Party provides prior written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then- current subscription period.
Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Customer, all notices to Customer shall be sent to the address provided by Customer in the Order Form.
