Severability eksempelklausuler
Severability. If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be in whole or in part invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, or if any governmental agency or authority shall require the parties to delete any provision of this Agreement, such invalidity, unenforceability or deletion shall not impair or affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The parties shall endeavor, in good faith negotiations, to replace valid provisions the economic effect of which comes as close as legally possible to that of the invalid, illegal, unenforceable or deleted provision.
Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any clause of this Agreement to be unenforceable for any reason, that clause of this Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. However, if applicable law prohibits or restricts You from fully and specifically complying with the Sections of this Agreement entitled “Service Requirements”, or “Institution’s Obligations” or prevents the enforceability of any of those Sections, this Agreement will immediately terminate and You must immediately discontinue any use of the Service.
Severability. 1. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions or any provision subsequently added to the Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or void in whole or in part, or if the Terms and Conditions contains any omission, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
2. The parties shall agree on a valid substitute provision that comes as close as possible in meaning and effectivness to the original provision.
Severability. If any part of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining portion, which shall remain in force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed with the invalid or unenforceable portion thereof eliminated.
