Notification eksempelklausuler

Notification. The Chargor shall: (a) forthwith after receipt, notify the Chargee of every notice received by it in relation to the Charged Assets; and (b) (if required by the Chargee) shall immediately provide it with a copy of that notice and either (i) comply with such notice or (ii) make such objections to it as the Chargee may require or approve.
