General. 1.1. Ved at bruge tjenesterne indgår du en Aftale. Det er en betingelse for at bruge Tjenesterne, at du accepterer disse Vilkår. 1.2. For at kunne bruge Tjenesterne skal du være mindst 18 år og/eller på anden måde have bemyndigelse til at indgå Aftalen. 1.3. Du skal have adgang til en internetforbindelse for at kunne bruge Tjenestene. 1.4. Tjenesterne leveres til dig gennem en af vores Tjenester, der leverer en eller flere af sine egne tjenester til dig ("Kundeservice"). Neonomics er kun ansvarlig for Neonomics levering af Tjenesterne til dig i overensstemmelse med disse Vilkår. Vores klients vilkår og betingelser gælder for Klient-tjenesten. Klientens vilkår og betingelser ligger således uden for denne Aftales anvendelsesområde. Oplysninger om Klient-tjenester leveres af de respektive Klient. 1.5. Ved at indgå denne Aftale accepterer du, at Aftalen indgås elektronisk, og at dette også gælder for ændringer af Aftalen. Disse Vilkår kan downloades, når du indgår Aftalen, eller de kan leveres på et varigt medium til enhver tid i kontraktperioden. Vores primære kommunikationssprog er norsk, engelsk eller andet officielt sprog på de markeder, hvor tjenesterne leveres. Du accepterer, at Neonomics kommunikerer med dig via e-mail eller andre digitale kanaler.

General. This section contains detailed instructions regarding bid submission procedure under GAIL’s e-tendering system (e-tender portal). Bidders are required to read the following instructions in addition to various instructions mentioned elsewhere in the bid document for e-tendering, Ready Reckoner and FAQs etc. The instructions mentioned herein related to bid submission procedure shall supersede and shall prevail over the conditions enumerated elsewhere in the bid/tender document. Bidders who wish to participate in e-tenders must download ‘Ready Reckoner for bidders’ which contains instructions in respect of e-Tendering essentially covering security settings required for bidder’s PC / Laptop, uploading and checking the status of digital signature in the bidder’s PC / Laptop, obtaining unique login ID and password, re-setting the password, downloading of Tender document and uploading of Offer/Bid etc. Further, the troubleshooting issues are also available in the form of FAQs which can be downloaded from E-Tender Portal.
General. Terms and Conditions of Sale
General. 1.1 The Agreement pertains to the Supplier’s obligation to comply with the security requirements stated in section 42, cf. section 41 (3-5), of Danish Act no. 429 of 31 May 2000 on Processing of Personal Data with subsequent amendments (the Personal Data Act). The requirements are described in: (i) The Danish Executive Order no. 528 of 15 June 2000 on Security Measures for Protection of Personal Data that is Processed for the Public Administration (the Security Measures Executive Order). (ii) Guideline no. 37 of 2 April 2001 on the Danish Executive Order no. 528 of 15 June 2000 on Security Measures for Protection of Personal Data that is Processed for the Public Administration (the Security Measures Guidelines). 1.2 On 25 May 2018, the Personal Data Act will be replaced by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation) so that section 1.1 (i) – (ii) of the Agreement hereafter is replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation. 1.3 The Agreement contains the requirements in both the Personal Data Act and the coming rules of the General Data Protection Regulation that are applicable to processor agreements. General. The following Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery shall apply between the Purchaser and the Supplier to the extent that they are not waived by explicit agreement between the parties.

General. 3.1.1 The agreement that you enter into with 3 is subject to the subscription conditions for private customers that apply at any given time. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a private subscription from 3. The agreement that 3 and the Company has entered into does not change this. You therefore cannot obtain a discount if you are under 18 years of age. It is not possible to obtain the discount on a subscription if there is a period of commitment.
