Definice Package Leaflet
Package Leaflet means the package leaflet describing the safe and effective use of the Product in accordance with the summary product characteristics approved by the competent authorities. 1.9 “Product” or “Products” shall mean Amgen’s medicinal products in the presentation and formulation set out in Schedule 1, as shall be made available to Buyer for use in the European Medicines Agency (“EMA” or “EMEA”) approved indications and sold hereunder by Amgen at its sole discretion from time to time. 1.10 “Term” shall mean the period from the Effective Date for indefinite period until the Agreement is terminated in accordance with this Agreement, and references to “days” means calendar days unless otherwise stated to mean business days. 1.11 “Territory” shall mean Czech Republic.

If the Agreement is not terminated in writing three (3) months before the expiry of the agreed term of this Agreement, then term of this Agreement shall be extended regularly for another year. 1.11 “Territory” shall mean Czech Republic.

Amgen shall not be liable to Buyer for any losses arising from Buyer’s use or misuse of the Products including any willful damage, negligence in following Amgen’s instructions or guidance in the Package Leaflet or any alteration to the Products.
Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Amgen (including any Amgen Group member) from and against any claims, costs, expenses and damages arising out of any abnormal or improper use, misuse or neglect of the Products, including without limitation storage of the Products other than in accordance with the Package Leaflet, and for any breach of this Agreement.
