Insured Risks. Insured risk shall mean a fact or event defined in the insurance contract as a possible cause of occur- rence of the insured event, especially an obligation on the part of the insured to compensate for damage to goods sustained by another person, arising from transport contracts relating to activities of a road carrier. The extent of the insured´s obligation to compensate for the damage is in the case of inland road transport regulated by the legislation of the Czech Republic, in the case of international road transport by provisions of The Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (The CMR Convention) as amended by the Protocol to the CMR. Terms and conditions, and the extent of the insurance are de- fined by the insurance contract and the General Insurance Terms and Conditions for Road Carrier´s and Forwarder´s Third party Liability Insurance VPPDZ-P-01/2020.

  • Vandalismus poškození nebo zničení vozidla způsobené prokazatelně úmyslným jednáním cizí osoby.

  • Vandalismem se rozumí úmyslné poškození nebo zničení pojištěného před- mětu v místě pojištění jinou než oprávněnou osobou nebo pojistníkem nebo pojištěným, osobou těmto osobám blízkou nebo jinou osobou z podnětu těchto osob.

  • Minimální rychlost Minimální rychlostí se rozumí nejnižší rychlost stahování (download) nebo vkládání (upload) dat, kterou se příslušný poskytovatel služby přístupu k internetu smluvně zavázal koncovému uživateli poskytnout. Hodnota minimální rychlosti odpovídá alespoň 30 % hodnoty rychlosti inzerované v podobě TCP propustnosti transportní vrstvy dle referenčního modelu ISO/OSI, to znamená, že rychlost stahování (download), resp. vkládání (upload) dat neklesne pod hodnotu minimální rychlosti. Uváděnou jednotkou jsou numerické hodnoty v bitech za sekundu (např. kb/s nebo Mb/s).

  • Živelní událost je požár, výbuch, úder blesku, pád (i části) stromu, ledu, sloupu stožáru a jiného předmětu, který ne- byl součástí vozidla nebo v něm či na něm převážen, vichři- ce, krupobití, povodeň, záplava, zřícení či sesuv půdy, skal, zemin nebo lavin.

  • Nahodilá skutečnost je skutečnost, která je možná a u které není jisté, zda v době trvání pojištění vůbec nastane nebo není známa doba jejího vzniku.
