Definice Customer Data

Customer Data shall not mean data which (i) is not particular to Customer, and/or (ii) is of value to the general implementation, development, operation, or use of Hexagon products or services for the benefit of other customers. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Data shall not include the Cloud Application(s), Software Products, Cloud Optional Services, Documentation written by Hexagon, DevTools, Content, Equipment and Software intentionally designed and embedded with Equipment or Special Purpose Items, and any other data and information provided as part of the Cloud Program or constituting a Hexagon Deliverable. „Zákaznická data“ znamenají veškeré elektronické údaje či informace: (i) poskytnuté Zákazníkem společnosti Hexagon v souvislosti s Výstupy poskytovanými na základě Objednávky; anebo (ii) vytvořené Zákazníkem anebo zaslané do Cloudového prostředí Zákazníky, Uživateli anebo Oprávněnými uživateli cloudu. Za „Zákaznická data“ se nepovažují údaje, které (i) se netýkají Zákazníka, anebo (ii) mají hodnotu pro obecnou implementaci, vývoj, fungování nebo používání produktů či služeb společnosti Hexagon ve prospěch jiných zákazníků. Aby se předešlo pochybnostem, Zákaznická data nezahrnují Cloudovou aplikaci (aplikace), Softwarové produkty, Cloudové volitelné služby, Dokumentaci vypracovanou společností Hexagon, Vývojářské nástroje (DevTools), Obsah, Zařízení a Software cíleně navržené a zakomponované do Zařízení nebo Předmětů zvláštního určení, a jakékoliv další údaje či informace poskytnuté v rámci Cloudového programu nebo představující Výstup společnosti Hexagon.

Customer Data means content provided to Revolgy by Customer (or at its direction) via the Services under the Account. “Customer End Users” means the individuals Customer permits to use the Application.

Examples of Customer Data in a sentence

  • Customer will obtain and maintain any required consents necessary to permit the processing of Customer Data under this Agreement.

  • Revolgy or parties it appoints reserve the right to review the Applications, Projects or Customer Data to ensure compliance with the AUP.

  • If Customer becomes aware that any Application, Project, or Customer Data does not comply with this Agreement or the AUP, then Customer will immediately suspend the Application or Project and/or remove the relevant Customer Data (as applicable).

  • Prior to the end of the Cloud Term, the Customer may renew the Cloud Program Order and/or have Customer Data Offboarded.

  • Cisco will maintain appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards, which are designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of Personal Data and Customer Data processed by Cisco.

  • Customer grants Customer Data Rights to Hexagon, to, among other things, facilitate Hexagon’s performance of its obligations.

  • These interfaces allow Customer to authorize SITA to make the Customer Data available for editing by Customer’s third-party Representatives, provided that such Representatives have their own WorldTracer subscription in order to access the Customer Data using their own credentials.

  • Customer is solely responsible for securing and backing up its Applications and Customer Data.
