Support. Any support requests related to the University Courses submitted within the Subscription Term will be managed by the ForgeRock University team. Any requests shall be sent to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The ForgeRock University team will aim to respond within three (3) business days.

Support. Nintex will provide Customer with Support in accordance with the Support Documentation or a separate agreement between the Parties.
Support. Additional support services for the Software are conditional upon Licensee executing a separate written support services agreement with Licensor and in the case of Embedded Software, such agreement shall be for support of OINA Equipment and Embedded Software. In the event that Licensee loses a Dongle, such loss must be reported to Licensor as soon as possible and Licensor reserves the right to charge the list price of the Software for any replacement Dongle.
Support. 3.1. Support Services Plan; Levels of Support Services. Upon PTC’s acceptance of Customer’s order for a subscription License or for Support Services in respect of the Licensed Products, PTC and/or its authorized subcontractors shall provide Support Services in accordance with these terms for a time period of twelve (12) months or for such other period specified in Customer’s order accepted by PTC (a “Support Services Plan”). The current levels of Support Services offered and Support terms are available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇- agreements/support-documents. 3.2. If Customer at any time discontinues Support Services for perpetual licenses, Customer will not be entitled to reactivate Support Services. In such case, Customer may either use the Licensed Products without Support Services or purchase new subscription licenses. 3.3. If Customer elects Support Services for a particular Licensed Product, all of Customer’s licenses of such Licensed Product must be on Support Services (i.e., partial Support orders or partial renewals are not permitted).
