Common use of Services Clause in Contracts

Services. 1. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o. is a business company providing its clients with control and sorting services and administrative and technical services associated with the above mentioned. The client is interested to enter in a commercial-legal relationship with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o. consisting of providing: a. control and sorting of products (hereinafter referred to as "control activities"); b. resident services by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o. at clients’ customers; c. consulting services; d. other expressly not specified services. 2. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o. declares that it is not a recruitment agency and the subject of any contract with the client is only the activity referred to in the above paragraph, not the supply of manpower. The client enters in a contractual relationship with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o. knowing the abovementioned, and he also declares that he is not interested in the supply of manpower, but only in provision of the services mentioned above. 3. The contractual relationship is concluded on the basis of a written contract, written client’s order and its subsequent written acceptance by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o., while the written form is maintained even when using electronic mail or or implicitly by starting the performance of activities for the client. 4. Response of Blixcon s.r.o., which does not substantially change the terms of the order, is considered as its acceptance. The client's response with any changes is always considered as a new proposal to conclude a contract or as a new order.
