SAP ActiveEmbedded Support Services. SAP ActiveEmbedded Support Services (“ActiveEmbedded Services”) are in addition to the services provided under the Support Schedule to the License Agreement or to the relevant agreement on support services and may provide professional expertise onsite and/or remotely to assist Licensee: (i) in driving continuous business improvement within Licensee’s lines of business, supporting implementation and innovation projects via industry best-practice solution provisioning using SAP’s Innovation Control Center approach and/or SAP Value Assurance service packages; and/or (ii) in the handling of orchestration and operations of Licensee’s system landscape using SAP’s Operation Control Center approach for.the SAP installations listed below unless specified otherwise herein: 1 SAP ActiveEmbedded Support Services. Služby SAP ActiveEmbedded Support Services („ActiveEmbedded Services“) sa poskytujú ako dodatok k službám poskytovaným podľa Popisu služieb podpory k licenčnej zmluve alebo k príslušnej zmluve o poskytnutí podpory a môžu poskytovať profesionálnu expertízu na pracovisku a/alebo na diaľku, aby pomáhali Nadobúdateľovi licencie (i) neustále zlepšovať jeho podnikanie v rámci možností podniku Nadobúdateľa licencie s podporou implementačných a inovačných projektov cez poskytovanie osvedčených odvetvových postupov pomocou prístupu Innovation Control Center spoločnosti SAP a/alebo balíky služieb SAP Value Assurance Service a/alebo (i) aby pomáhali Nadobúdateľovi licencie zvládať zladenie a operácie v systémovej infraštruktúre Nadobúdateľa licencie pomocou prístupu Operation Control Center spoločnosti SAP pre nižšie uvedené inštalácie SAP, ak tu nie je uvedené inak: Services shall be provided to Licensee.
