Other provisions. 7.1 The Sender agrees as part of his business activities to offer his Customers the optional services Parcel Delivery To Hand, Parcel Delivery To Post Office and Parcel Delivery To Parcel Pickup Outlet with an exact service description and name Parcel Delivery To Hand, Parcel Delivery To Post OfficeParcel Delivery To Parcel Pickup Outlet. 7.2 The Sender is entitled to use the additional services “Confirmation of Documentation on Delivery”, “Data Verification on Delivery” and “Provision of Information about Delivery” under the conditions set out in the Business Terms and Conditions for the service “Confirmation of Documentation on Delivery”, current as of the day of posting of the consignment. The current version of the Business To Post Office and Parcel Delivery To Parcel Pickup Outlet Consignments Number 2021/02731 - Annex No. 6 Terms and Conditions for the service “Confirmation of Documentation on Delivery” is available at all post offices in the Czech Republic and online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. If the Sender chooses the additional Documentation Confirmation service on delivery, he will deliver the envelope intended to return the signed documents back to the Sender ČP. 7.3 If the Sender selects the additional service “Confirmation of Documentation on Delivery”, an addressed C5 envelope intended for return of the signed documents back to the Sender must be inserted together with the documents into the designated specific plastic pocket. The envelope must fit the plastic pocket without being folded. 7.4 If the Sender selects the additional service “Confirmation of Documentation on Delivery”, ČP will send the signed documents by post to the following address of the Sender or a person designated by the Sender, within 5 working days after delivery of the consignment. 7.5 The Sender and ČP are obliged to timely inform the other Party to this Agreement in writing about any changes concerning the bank account, name, identification, registered office or organisational changes in respect of payment from account as well as about other facts that can affect the performance of this Agreement.
