LICENSED RIGHTS. Subject to full payment to Licensor of the License Fee as provided herein, Licensor grants Licensee the following rights in the Licensed Language Version below: - Exclusive Terrestrial Free TV Rights (with simultaneous re-transmission via Basic Cable and Satellite* on the Territory only); - Non-exclusive: Catch Up TV (internet streaming rights as a free of charge service in the Licensed Language and into the Licensed Territory (geo blocked) for a period of 14 (fourteen) days from each run permitted, and solely on the website of the authorized channels ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇) and Simultaneous streaming rights. *Satellite TV exploitation is permitted only in the Slovakian dubbed Version. All rights not hereby expressed licensed to Licensee shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor.
