The Multiple Listing Service Internet Data Exchange Program (IDX) of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® will provide MLS Participant Subscribers and their Affiliated Sales Licensees with their own individual public web sites which will include active MLS property data from the IDX Program. The IDX Program property data information will be updated daily. Every MLS Participant (Principal Broker) is automatically a Subscriber to the MLS IDX Program. Any MLS Participant who elects not to subscribe to the MLS IDX Program is required to indicate on this Agreement that they elect not to subscribe.
